pSuperAgro is the plant transfomation booster plasmid which works in Agrobacterium. pSuperAgro stays in Agrobacterium without moving to plant cells.
pSuperAgro2 is harboring GABA aminotransferase gene in the backbone of the pSuperAgro so that higher plant transformation rate is expected.

How to use
1. Introduce pSuperAgro into competent cells of Agrobacterium by electroporation and select transformed Agrobacterium by gentamycin.
2. Make competent cells of the transformed Agrobacterium at step 1 and introduce your binary vector by electroporation. Select them by antibiotics.
3. Infect Agrobacterium which is obtained at step 2.to plants.
※We recommend selection of Agrobacterium by gentamycin at 50µg/mL for agar plate, 20µg/mL for liquid medium.
